SUPPORTING AMERICA'S HOTLINES, HELPLINES AND CHAT LINES
Our mission is to provide everyone in the United States in need of a hotline or helpline service with easy access to all options that best matches their needs. We're doing this by providing all hotlines, helplines and chat lines with a free page on our site.
If you see that were missing a hotline or helpline that you know of, we ask that you kindly provide us with information about the missing service, so that we can add it to our directory. When claiming a hotline, please update your page by adding photos, videos, brochures and other content to feature your agency's services.
SUPPORTING AND HONORING AMERICA'S HOTLINE VOLUNTEERS
#4Help supports HelpUnited, an organization that promotes collaboration between hotline volunteers from nonprofit and government agencies as possible.
HelpUnited's MIssion is:
1. To ensure the protection, safety & respect of all hotline and chat line volunteers.
2. To create a safe community for hotline volunteers to share their opinions about proper hotline operations.
3. To place value on what a large organization of hotline volunteers can offer to the hotline industry, and;
4. To address concerns about nonprofits hotlines use of resources by researching best practices for training, recruitment, and effective use of volunteer talent.
