Myrtue Medical Center Department of Community Health is to promote holistic health to individuals, families, and the community through all phases of the life cycle. Holistic health includes a person’s physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual well-being. Our goal is to provide a high quality of care for persons in their home or place of residence within our community and in our public health clinic settings. We strive to determine the needs in our community as a whole and promote programs and services to meet those needs.
